Co2gether in cooperation with InterMediaKT through the Co-Solidarity Platform (solidarity.co2gether.gr) donated a large amount of health material/equipment, according to the identified needs, to the “Agios Charalambos” and “Sanctuary for the Aniaton” Foundations in Aegialeia.

The purpose of both donations is to meet the immediate need for medical and health equipment in the donated institutions. The donation included health material and personal care products such as gauze and gloves.

It’s always a real pleasure for Karan Creative Media to be able to report and record these beautiful actions and we always try to transfer this beauty in our shots.

We also interviewed the representatives of the two institutions who expressed their sincere thanks for the kind donation of a large quantity of health material and for the practical support for the work they are doing. They also stated that it is a gesture of humanity and solidarity.

"As part of the cooperation between the Municipality of Aigialeia and Co2gether, we carry out home interventions in our municipality to isolated, lonely people living in remote settlements of our region.

Within the framework of this cooperation we give free health material both to beneficiaries, to whom the co2gether team carries out interventions, and to hospitals and health centres of our Municipality.

This time, we provided a large quantity of health material and equipment to the "Agios Charalambos" and "Sanctuary for the Unwell", depending on the needs we found. We donated walking and mobility aids, health material for daily care and hospitalisation such as gauze, diapers, catheters, urine collectors, syringes.

An important initiative for us is to record the needs of our citizens, even those who live in the most remote homes of the municipality"

The aim of the co-solidarity platform is to meet the health needs of these people, which are increasing, and to improve to some extent their quality of life.
